An insurance brokerage company situated in Brentwood, TN is seeking to hire a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to handle a book of insurance coverage business. Is going to be accountable for offering expert, large level service and support to customers, carrier representatives, underwriters, business enterprise partners and colleagues though leading to a rate of account retention that meets/exceeds expectations. Also responsible for acquiring new small business and keeping and expanding current small business in accordance with normal practices, policies and procedures.

Crucial Duties:
- Will work closely with producers and various personnel on all aspects of consumer services, marketing and advertising and renewal even though adhering to company's best practices and regular procedures.
- Oversees the planning and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and inner processing for assigned accounts.
- Acquires knowing of clients' insurance objectives and analyzes and compares insurance coverage plans to determine suitability. Stays abreast of adjustments during the insurance coverage marketplace and various external circumstances that may influence their customers. Makes ideal suggestions to clientele in response to those adjustments independent of manager approval.
- Acts as liaison among clientele and insurance coverage carriers to resolve escalated complicated services concerns that require policy interpretation and practical experience primarily based judgement to resolve.
- May also be required to negotiate with underwriters and carriers.
- Troubleshoots claims and billing issues.
- Contributes to meeting departmental production ambitions for new small business.
- Identifies and follows-up on cross-selling options when acceptable.
- Oversees functions carried out by lower level Account Manager and Assistant Account Managers as vital.
- Supports, mentors, and trains new Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers as important.
